Wages

Wages are a major theme every time the Food Union NNF negotiates a collective agreement. It is our ambition that OK25 will ensure a real wage increase – that is, a wage increase higher than inflation. However, we would like to hear from you regarding how much we should prioritise wage increases during the negotiations.
