The opportunity to take time off and receive payment through the flexible benefits scheme is expanded. For example, parents are entitled to take time off on the child’s third sick day, and grandparents are entitled to two grandchild care days per year.
At the same time, employees are entitled to take time off to accompany close family members to medical appointments or meetings with authorities.
Seniors are entitled to up to 46 senior days off per year. If desired, they can use the flexible benefits scheme to receive payment for the senior days.
