Here is an overview of the most significant improvements in the settlement in the butcher industry.

Wage increase

The hourly wage (standard wage) increases by DKK 14.25 during the period.

  • 5.00 DKK from February 24, 2025
  • 4.75 DKK from February 23, 2026
  • 4.50 DKK from March 1, 2027

The hourly supplement increases by DKK 14.25 during the period:

  • 5.00 DKK. from February 24, 2025
  • 4.75 DKK from February 23, 2026
  • 4.50 DKK. from March 1, 2027
Pension

The employer’s contribution is increased by 1 % on April 28, 2025.

The employer’s pension contribution will then be 11%, while the employee’s remains unchanged at 2 %.

Strain supplement 

Strain supplement increases by:

  • 3.5 % from April 28, 2025
  • 3.5 % from February 23, 2026
  • 3.5 % from March 1, 2027

Overtime pay is increased by:

  • 3 % from April 28, 2025
  • 3 % from February 23, 2026
  • 3 % from March 1, 2027
Flexible benefits scheme

The flexible benefits scheme is increased by 2 % during the period:

  • 1 % from February 23, 2026
  • 1 % from March 1, 2027

As of March 1, 2027 the flexible benefits sheet will amount to 13.20 % of the employees holiday-eligible salary.

Senior scheme 

Seniors are entitled to 46 senior days off annually. The senior days can be financed through the flexible benefits scheme and pension contributions.

The right to the 46 days does not require payment for time off through various schemes. Employees have the right to take time off at their own expense.

Better work-life balance

Parents are entitled to take time off on the child’s 3rd full sick day.

Grandparents are entitled to two grandchild care days per calendar year.

Employees are entitled to take two days off per year to accompany close family members to medical appointments and similar.

You can choose to finance the various days off through the flexible benefits scheme.
