  • How much will my salary increase?

Hourly wage/standard wage for adult employees will increase:

    • 5.00 DKK in 2025
    • 4.75 DKK in 2026
    • 4.50 DKK in 2027

In total, an hourly wage increase of DKK 14.25 during the period.

The increase that was implemented on an incentive basis with OK23 is to be taken back, and the wage increase of DKK 11.75 will be added to the hourly supplement. The base figure is therefore back to DKK 65.29, and the hourly supplement is DKK 97.50, before the new wage increases that will come with OK25 during the period from 2025 to 2028.

  • Advance notice of overtime – is this something new?

Yes, it is entirely new that a provision has been added to the collective agreement regarding the advance notice of overtime on a day off.

If employers cancel overtime on a day off later than 36 hours before the start of the shift, the employer must pay the normal hourly wage rate as compensation.

  • How much will overtime pay increase by?

    Overtime pay will increase by:

    • 3 % from April 28, 2025
    • 3 % from February 23, 2026
    • 3 % from March 1, 2027
  • How much will my pension increase?

The employer's contribution will increase by 1 % on April 28, 2025, and will then amount to 11 %.
The employee's share remains 2 %, so the total percentage will be 13 %.

  • Will there be more options to choose from in the flexible benefits scheme?

Yes, and the scheme will also increase by 2% during the period:

    • 1 % from February 23, 2026
    • 1 % from March 1, 2027

As of March 1, 2027, the flexible benefits scheme will amount to 13.2 % of the employee’s holiday-eligible salary. This is equivalent to approximately 1½ extra months of salary per year.

At the same time, the options within the scheme will be expanded to finance increased entitlement to time off.

    • Parents can use the scheme to finance their entitlement to time off on the child’s third full sick day.
    • Employees with grandchildren under 14 years old can finance two annual grandchild care days. The number of days remains the same regardless of how many grandchildren they have, and these days can be financed through the flexible benefits scheme.
    • Employees can finance two days off per year to accompany close family members to medical appointments and similar. The number of days is fixed regardless of how many close family members they have.
    • In the case of critical illness or examination for critical illness, employees are entitled to an additional five days off per calendar year.

"Close family members" refers to parents and spouses/partners.

  • Has anything changed with the senior scheme?

Yes, the scheme has been expanded so that seniors are entitled to 46 senior days off per year. These days can be financed through the flexible benefits scheme and pension contributions. This means that the right to the 46 days does not require employees to pay for the time off using various schemes. Employees have the right to take time off at their own expense.
